CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

To place the order, it is necessary for the user, previously or during the order, to register as a customer, for which they will be taken to a page where they can freely and voluntarily provide the personal information necessary to open an account. if it is the first order or to identify if you are already an account holder.

The user will select a username and password, committing to make diligent use of them and not make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of them or of possible access by an unauthorized third party, in such a way that the provider proceeds to the immediate blockade.

The user will not be able to choose as a user name words that are intended to confuse others by identifying them as a member of the provider, as well as abusive, insulting expressions and, in general, contrary to the legal system.

Once the user account has been created, it is reported that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

Select the specific products for purchase.
Add them to the virtual basket.
Check that the products that have been added to the virtual basket are the ones that you really want.
Validate the purchase.

Once the operation is finished and within 24 hours, you will be sent an email with the confirmation of your purchase and the details of the transaction carried out indicating all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, date of contracting and delivery estimate of the product.
