RETAMA honey (Retama sphaerocarpa) is obtained from small intense yellow flowers just 5 millimeters that this shrub offers. Flowering begins from April to June.

The broom honey is produced in the Canary Islands and in the southern half of Andalusia, we collect the honey in the Alcornocales Natural Park, Cádiz, Andalusia and it is packaged with all the guarantees of quality and traceability. It usually takes other names such as ailaga honey, gorse honey, broom honey, golden shower honey or yellow broom honey.
